In New Zealand (where I live), there is an event called Armageddon Expo.
Armageddon Expo is a New Zealand based pop culture convention that holds multiple events around New Zealand in cities including Auckland, Wellington, Tauranga and Christchurch. You will see lots of cosplayers, who are just like the cosplayers in the above video, in town during the Expo.
